Quality Assurance and Credentialing Supervisor

Ms. Oyler has supervisory responsibilities for the quality assurance program. Job functions include monitoring the continuous quality improvement projects, overseeing the recruitment and credentialing of the medical panel experts, and assisting with company compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and the national accreditation status for IMEDECS.

Ms. Oyler is a registered nurse with extensive experience in multiple aspects of managed health care including: independent medical review, short and long term disability, workers' compensation and auto insurance. She has also worked for several peer review organizations. As manager of a Third Party Administrator, Ms. Oyler obtained her license as an insurance agent. Additionally, Ms. Oyler has over 20 years of hospital based clinical experience. She received her RN from Temple University.
