Senior Case Review Manager

Ms. Strassner manages independent case reviews, recruits physicians/clinicians for the medical review panel, facilitates communication with clients regarding products and services, and provides technical direction for the medical case review department. She also participates on the quality assurance committee.

Ms. Strassner is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare including time spent nursing, managing utilization review and independent review. She received her BSN from College Misericordia and her MHA from the University of Scranton.
