Louis A. Muller

Mr. Muller has more than 30 years experience in information technology and financial services. Early in his career, Mr. Muller founded and presided over a software firm for 13 years whose mission was to provide technical solutions to business issues utilizing a state of the art "transaction processing" model developed by the hardware vendor. The industries served included financial services, transportation, and retail, among others.

Mr. Muller then worked as the vice president of strategic development for a securities brokerage house where we was charged with the support, customization, and development of software systems responsible for running the operation.

More, recently, he was a director with a leading provider of technology and business solutions for the global investment industry. Mr. Muller led the day-to-day business functions including the daily management of many accounts.

At IMEDECS, Mr. Muller's responsibilities include oversight, development, and implementation of systems and technologies to support the company's strategic vision and day-to-day operations. He is also responsible for the administration of the financial operations to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
