Joyce J. Muller, RN, BS, CDMS, CCM, CMCN
President and CEO

Ms. Muller is responsible for corporate operations and corporate profitability. She develops, implements, and monitors company performance against business objectives. Ms. Muller manages all marketing initiatives including new product development, supervises the quality assurance program in conjunction with the Medical Director and monitors compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Among her accomplishments, Ms Muller lists the development and direction of a start-up managed care and cost containment business for a client that included the implementation of the network of providers; the recruitment, hiring and training of start-up personnel, and the development and implementation of all policies and procedures.

Ms. Muller earned her BS degree from the University of St. Francis and she holds many nationally recognized advanced certifications including Certified Disability Management Specialist, Certified Case Manager, Certified Managed Care Nurse and Certified Paralegal. A registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, she has been involved in multiple aspects of the managed health care industry, such as medical case review, medical disability case management, workers’ compensation, utilization review, quality management, and cost containment.

Ms. Muller also serves as Vice President of the National Association of Independent Review Organizations (NAIRO).
