Deahna Montaque
Operations Director

Ms. Montaque oversees the operations of IMEDECS. Her primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight, staff supervision, and project management. She has over 15 years experience in the managed care and insurance industries with roles in operations, product administration, human resources, and finance.

For almost 10 years, Ms. Montaque worked for companies that provided healthcare coverage and services to members of AARP. She began her career in human resources where she managed employment, employee relations, and compliance functions. She was subsequently selected for a management development program that enhanced her knowledge of diverse company operations. During her tenure she managed staff in the claims call center, assisted with provider relations, and had divisional budgetary responsibility.

Ms. Montaque earned her Business Administration/Psychology degree from Albright College.
